0ne day a young woman by the name of Neosha willington was walking down the street with her 2 kids heading from the park. Suddenly a man appeared out of no where looking all eerie and such. Suddently he came over and asked her if she was julie scraper.He replied "well did you use to be julie scraper?" Neosha didnt respond. She gathered her kids and was off to go home. When she was going home she kept seeing the man lurk through the trees and even under and on top of cars. She started to get scared and she started to run.
The eerie man started to chase after her yelling that he only wanted to talk. She started to slow down and he came to talk. He told her how much he adulated her and how everyone adulates her and her beauty as well. She asked him to explain to her why he is dressed up like a maniac and he just said bye my love and dissappeard in thin air. She was so shocked she grabbed her kids and was off to go. When she arrived home she noticed that her husband dawayne wasnt there so she just went in the house and started dinner.Later that night her daughter who is 14 came and asked her to help her with her homework. Neosha didnt know what to say being thast she didnt even graduate from the 8th grade. But she easily replied yes anyway. Her daughter told her that she needed help with her spelling words and she didnt have a clue what none of them meant. She told her mother the first word was adulate. The woman paused and froze. The daughter pasued as well and asked her mother if she was ok. Neosha started to have flash backs about what the eerie man had said hours earlier. She replied "yes im fine but adulate you said,? it simply means like to admire someone or that you are very flattered by them or their appearence. "Ok thanks mom 2 more words ... what about bias and how would you use bias in a sentence.?" she replied. the mother paused again and told her daughter to go look in the dictionary. Off to upstairs the daughter went.
The mother sat down to watch television while her food was cooking in the kitchen. She turned on the news an seen how they were talking about the 2008 elections and how they were going. She wasnt very surprise to see that they were having a bias vote. The mother could tell by the context clues that she now knew what bias meant. “Ciara, Ciara, I know what bias means” She yelled up the stairs. When she got to her daughters room she noticed she wasn’t there. She strated looking around yelling her name. She then looked at the window and seen how the window was wide open. She slowly aproached the window and looked out of it. When she looked down she seen her daughter laying face first on the ground…. All she could do was scream. After she sat there and cried she thought about her other 2 kids she ran into their room and noticed that they were sleeping peacefully. Shen then called the police and ran downstairs to check on her daughter. Her daughter was not dead but she was just uncoscious… well that’s what the ambulance told her anyway. They put her in the truck and was off to the hospital for more observations.
She went back in the house and was thinking how did this happen what was she thinking. She then went to go check on her sons they were awake now and she asked them if they were ok and told them what had happened to their sister. They just started to cry and was heading back to sleep. The mother went downstairs and notcied that it was almost 8 o’clock and dawayne was still not home. She called his cell phone 5 times …… there was no answer. She left a message telling him what had happened to their daughter and told him that he needed to hurry home so that she could get a ride to the hospital. A few minutes later she turned on the tv upstairs and noticed that it was a spelling bee on tv. She was puzzled by the words they were getting. They were getting words like subtle and tumultuous she thought that she would never live to see the day where she didn’t no a word. She turned around and seen her son standing there with a subtle smile on his face. She asked him what was wrong and he yelled ‘’M0M Y0UR A SUBTLE LIAR I CANT BELIEVE Y0U LIED T0 ME.” She had no clue what he was talking about.
He told her that she lied about her sister being in the hospital. He said that she was upstairs.While approaching the stairs she heard a lound sound. It was like a sound of a tumultuous crowd of students.It sound like they were having a tumultuous celebration. Neosha rushed upstairs and seen that ciara also had a subtle smile on her face. Of course when she arrived only ciara was there. All her kids sat in a big circle and said “bye my love”… and dissapeared

Summer Summer Summer Time For Danezia

In the summer i just expect to have a summer job and just deal more with my responsibility then having fun tnow that im going into HIGH SCHOOL. In the summer time i want to go to alot of beaches and just hang out with my friends i hope that i wont have to stay in the house and be hot and bored. I want to go to hurricane harbor and and go camping.I also would be going to pool parties and swimming and walk around the mall. Movies and hang out with friends.

Whats next for Danezia ?

When i leave Richard merkin i expect to be in a good high school and set all of the drama behind me i expect everything that i use to do in middle school be sort of paused and i stay more prepared than i was during the 8th grade. I will b attending Paramount High School and i will only be going there for only my 9th grade year. I am trying my best now to make sure that i keep intersted in school with this being my last years of school so that when i do get in high school i am basically ready for anything.

Hey Bloggers,
It's Doniqua here and i know you know that i'm graduating and i know you guys are wondering what is her plans after RMMS. Well i'm here to tell you that i'm going to go to paramount high with my best friend, Danezia. I'f the school let me pick my classes i would pick theater, i know you are thinking why would i pick theater, well because i want to be an actressn it's my dream and i think if i go to school for it i will be better but if i'm not the type to be an actor i will try to become a singer because i think i can sing and people tell me i can so that's going to be my other option. Then i know you going to ask me what am i going to do when i get out of high school. The answer is i don't know lol. Well i will probally be a star lol or if i don't become a star i'm going to go to school for hair. Then i might get married and have one child. Well that's all i can think of right now so probally next year i will tell you the rest but i know you guys are also thinking what is she doing for the summer. Well the answer is i'm going to do alot and i'm going to tell you every thing i'm going to do. First i'm going to swim like everyday. Second i'm going to shop til i drop lol. Third i'm going to party like there's no tomorrow lol. Fourth i'm gone go skate boarding at the skate park in culver city. Fifth i'm going to go to belize and texas. Plans For This Summer!!!!!!

Leaving Richard Merkin Middle School is going to be very sad. I’m going to miss all of my friends and all the teachers that have helped me throughout the school year, but at the same time I’m going to be so happy because the summer is coming up. I will miss all the drama that goes around at Richard Merkin Middle School (lol).
This summer I am going to hang out with my friends and have fun. I am going to celebrate a lot of my cousins birthdays over the summer to. While I am not having fun working I am going to be working at a summer program. I think I would have fun there because u get to go on field trips to amusement parks. One of my friends is going to be working there also so I would be able to hang with her.Im am going to be hanging out with my best friend from elementry. I havent hanged out with her in a long time. I miss hanging out with her she was like my partner in crime. Hopefully this summer we can catch up with eachother lives.
As far as high school I want to go to View Park, but at the same time I want to go to Gertz Russler High School because alot of my friends is goin there. If I was to go to view park i wouldn't know any one unless I see an old friends. Well so far as for now that is all the thigs that i am going to when I leave Richard Merkin Middle School.

WHAT I PLAN ON DOING AFTER 8TH GRADE.........

After I graduate from Richard Merkin Middle School I will spend more time with my family. Especially doing the summer I will be having fun with my friends and family. After the summer I will be going to another good school, which is a college ready school.
Doing my high school years for the will be doing my homework ever day and study ever time we about to have a quiz or test. If I keep doing that for my high school years and get good grades on them and my projects I will be graduate to go to college .
Two or three years after high school I will be having my fun be for I go to college and than I will be going to college. I will be going to usc because its a realy nice college to go to and it's not far away it's still in los angels. i will be a teacher for 6 grade math.
But first i have to become a stundet teacher. i have to take four years of college to be come a teacher and when i do i hope it go fast. After college i will have my own car and home/apratment than i will be teaching math to 6 graders. i will have my fun on the weekend i will pratty ever friday. Thats what i plan on doing after i graduate from richard merkin middle school.

Cari Abatemarco, 32, of upstate troy says she was visiting family in brentwood last week when her baby's cries woke her one night. She told the newsday that she found a snake wrapped around her 7-month-old daughters leg. Cari said she lifted her daughter and the snnake fell off. A relative removed the snake from the crib and placed it in a bucket until animal control officers arrived. Along island shelter is a temporary home for the snake. A relative told eyewitness news that the snake was vlose to four feet.
The reptile has been identified as a california king, a non- venomous snake that's not indigenous to the religion. Cari says her family doesn't keep snakes as pets. Officials suspect the snake might have been inside the mattress or bedding purchased for the crib.

Life at Richard Merkin Middle School

Life as a middle school student at Richard Merkin

Life as a student at Richard Merkin is very fun and exciting. There are so many activities and fun things to do. The best thing about Richard Merkin is that it is small and very easy to get to know everyone. We go on lots of fieldtrips more than any other school and have a great time at them. The teachers teach very well and are very patient and take their time to teach us. The lunches at Richard Merkin are also well, we don’t eat normal food like normal schools we eat restaurant food. The classrooms are just right, they are not to little and not to big. It’s not hard to get to know everyone, many students get help from other students when needed. When a student needs help from a teacher that student is able to call a teacher, which is a good thing because many people need help.
All though our school has a lot of great qualities we know for sure there are some things that we also dislike as individuals. The things that Charly dislike is the drama that happens at the school. She feels this way because the students fight and argue about things that have no point for fighting or arguing over. The student’s spread rumors around the school and starts things over just he say she says things and it’s just so not called for. Victoria on the other hand doesn’t really care what happens as long as her name is not in the drama then everything is fine. She feels as if she doesn’t care about what people say about her out of school and inside of school everyone’s going to talk about everybody I talk about people but I keep it to myself.
Doniqua feels that the drama at the school is all uncalled for. I feel that if you really don’t have anything nice to say don’t say nothing at all. I also feel that if some body was to talk about you, you must be somebody if they take the time out and talk about you. Danezia also feels the same way about a lot of things that the previous girls said. People are going to talk about you whether you’re doing well for yourself or not. Its like I know that I am in most of the drama with Doniqua but it only seem to be that way because most people tend to have a lot of negative things to say about people just because of the certain way they feel about themselves. But I truly don’t care anymore because I feel like I’m getting older and its not going to look good for me to be looked at as a fighter because I don’t think that is cute for girls to be fighting all the time.
That’s what life is as a middle school student at Richard Merkin. Its good but sometimes it can be HORRIBLE but most of the time it’s good and fun. We been here for three years and many things had changed and many things have not but its still Richard Merkin. We are going to be graduating this year and we are excited. YAYYYYY !!

Image in America

As u read this, think and ask yourself do you feel as if you don’t like your image. Do u judge people on there image? Do u starve yourself or do you think that to fit in you should have the look. Well if you do, don’t because it is not safe.
Is American society obsessed with image? Do people look in the mirror and call themselves ugly? Do people think that they don’t have the look. Well the answer is yes. Most people in America think that they should be skinny and be able to where a size two. People go on diets just to get to the right size and starve themselves and then they turn anorexia. People think that when they don’t have the look they're not good enough for America. Today even in stories and movies they focus on image and it brings their self- esteem down. Sometimes people kill themselves because they don’t like there image.
Today in society if you don’t have the look you are not able to get into the modeling/video industry. A lot of girls in this society would kill to be a model and if they get turned down because of there image they began to loose their self-esteem and try to fit the description that the agencies want.In our society they have so many diets plans for people. They in courage people to get skinny and have the look knowing that most of the diets don’t work.
Movie and stories today focus on looks. Just like a book we read in English class called Cyrano De Bergerac. In that book it was about a man that was scared to tell his cousin Roxane that he loved her. He couldn’t tell her because he thought that since he had a big nose that she wouldn’t like him. Roxane didn’t no that he liked her but she only liked a man for his looks. Since Cyrano never told her that he loved her she got married to Christian. Christian was not a very bright person he was not intelligent. To keep Roxane in love with him he had Cyrano write her letters because he was not smart/poetic enough to write them himself. When Roxane finally relized who it was that really wrote the letters she fell in love with Cyrano and Christian found out the truth and sadly ran and told Cyrano. So now you know that it really isn't THE LOOK that matters but its the brains.... L0L !!

WHO AM I

I am lloydmeka cannon I always fight with my brothers and sister, I am 14 years old and I love horses. But what I love the most is my family. I live with my mama and my two brother and 1 sister. i like to be on computers, and thing with my family and hang out with my friends. I love the color purple, I love to hang out with my mama because we do all kinds of things I have one dog and her name is honey she a honey brown she is a real cute dog. But what I love the most is bring me and me only.

Family Values

My group and I have big families and we all feel that family is very important. To us your nothing without your family if no one is there your family will be. Family values is a political and social concept used in various cultures to describe values that are believed to be traditional in that culture and in support of the idea that families are the basic units of culture. There are many different values that many different races follow. Our group are all the same nationality but we still have different tradition or rules we have to follow as individuals. In our group we all live with our bioligical familes and have multiple brothers and sisters. only 3 of us follow by the rules of speaking our minds and saying whats on our mind but for the other member was taught to go to an adult or just walk away. We all have fights and arguments with our brothers and sisters and have to clean up EVERYDAY.
In our group our families our the same. How they are the same you ask is because we live with our moms. Our moms expects us to have good grades in school and to be on our best behaviors. They all let us have our feedom but if we go over board then that's when it gets tooken away. We all cherish having our moms but some times they can get on our nerves. Our moms basically have the same values, for example no boy friends intil your 18 or no tatoos in til your 21. Gosh can you guys give us a break!lol.

Hey peeps!!! Hi im Charly Robinson. I am 13 years old and I go to Richard Merkin Middle School. my birthday is september 28. I have 3 brothers and 3 sisters. Lucky me I am the youngest and I am low key spoiled. I love to hang out with my friends. I love to watch scary movies because I think that they are exciting to watch. I love to listen to music, music is like my life with out it I dont know what I would do. When im around my friends im the wierd one out of te group because I do alot of CRAZY things. I am a very decorative person. I love to decorate poster and things. When i had to fix my room I have a blast. I put lots of pictures up especially pictures of Chris Brown and Usher, them are my two favorite celebrities. OMG.... I almost forgot..... I love MONKEYS. im Danezia and i am in the 8th grade but my friends call me D.W. I attend Richard Merkin Middle School. I am currently 13 years old :-) and i will be turning 14 on August 16. I love to do everything such as go shopping get my nails and hair done and mosty everything that girls do. I love to go to the movies and watch horror films and i NEVER SCREAM beacuase I am a G. As you can probably tell i am a very funny and goofy person . . . . im VERY out going and i always try to keep a smile on my face. I dont like to be unhappy or mad because my life is not that bad. I have 2 sisters and 1 brother. I have a mother and a deceased father. My mother has 3 kids and my father has 4. I am the youngest. I have alot of friends and i love them to the fullest. I am very very very very very very very very very very very very very happy because on my grad night on May 30th i finally got on GOLIATH the scariest ride ever and i was so proud of myself.
